Cisco Catalyst 3750 series configuration

Folks,

I have cisco catalyst 3750 series switch. I an trying the configure the switch using a software.

Is there a manual that specifies the SNMP protocol implementation in the switch for the configuration, setting up cross connections and QoS. And also the CLI defined in the switch for the configuration.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

1) Is there a path upgrade from sup32 to sup32 pisa?

2) Can you provide me a sample configuration of an access switch where sup32 pisa is deployed.
