Cisco Configuration Professional

Hello,

I installed the Cisco Configuration Professional 2.0 but when I try to get connected and discover the device (cisco 877), I get the message: "No valid transport configuration can be used to connect to the device."

I went through the below configuration:

Router(config)# ip http secure-server
Router(config)# line vty 0 4
Router(config-line)# transport input ssh

Router(config)# username cisco privilege 15 secret 0 ####

Do you have any ideas, what should I look?

Thank you.

There are more config lines needed than you have added. Please use this doc as a guide -

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_configuration_professional/guides/CiscoCPqsg.html#wp135354

If ssh still does not work then try telnet instead temporarily,

Also at a more basic level can you ping the router from your PC ?
