Cisco configuration professional

Hi,

I am not able to install cisco configuration professional in either windows XP or Windows 7(32-bit). It says installed successfully but it will not at all, i cannot find it in either program files nor in the startup or search also.

Please guide where i am doing wrong.

hi,

do you have admin rights on those windows machine? try to run it as administrator.

CCP files could also be corrupted. try to download and install it again.

Hi,

I have complete admin rights on my laptop, moreover i am running the app as administrator

I have downloaded the setup file multiple times and tried to install it but result is the same.

Also i have tried in Virtual XP pc, but not successfull.

Anyother solutions....
