Cisco CSS LDAP Load balancing from Server

Hi,

I have 2 Servers on VLAN 56, 10.1.56.33, 10.1.56.34. The VIP address is 10.1.56.39

From the live server 10.1.56.33 I can telnet to port tcp 389 for ip 10.1.56.39.

But when I try to run the application, and configure LDAP Binding, from 10.1.56.33

to 10.1.56.39, then LDAP Binding fails.

As per the server team people, when they do a tracert from 10.1.56.33 real IP to

10.1.56.39 VIP, the routing goes to 10.1.56.2, and next hits 10.1.56.34.

This is true even when the server 10.1.56.34 is shut down.

The server team says, when they run the LDAP Binding from 10.1.56.33 then it should show LDAP Binding

success on 10.1.56.39.

Can any one try to see what the issue is in the configuration.

Please find configuration attached.
