For my main site, I have a SA540 running as a border gateway, on static outside IP, with most of the servers nicely tucked behind it.
For my remote site, which is colocated inside another network, there is the ISP-assigned IP plus NAT issue. VPN clients on the computers themselves do work (using one right now).
Is there any way I can use an IOS device (such as a 3640 or 2621) as a VPN Client "connecting home", and have a group of computers connect as one device (knowing full well that the router must perform as a dial-in-device), using IOS12.3, or is this simply not possible?
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
