Cisco ISR G2 Licensing questions

Hi ,

I am planning to acquire Cisco ISR G2 1941. However my feature requirements are BGP, QOS, and IPSEC. With the new licensing in place, it is not clear as to what needed to cover these 3 features.

I know IPSEC needs SEC.My Question is what license activation do i need to use BGP, and  QOS?

There is a license defined as Security plus Data.
