Cisco network assistant - cannot install

Hi,

I have downloaded installation for CNA - cna-windows-k9-installer-5-7-6-en and have manually installed java.

But the installation failed with error: "The installer is unable to run in graphical mode. Try running the installer with the -console or -silent flag."

I have tried running the install as administrator but in vain.

The guide book doesn't explain the problem I encountered. But thanks anyway

I login in as administrator to the PC and able to install CNA.

Then I login with my user account to the PC and run as administrator.
