I'd like to jump in on this conversation. I have the latest Network Assistant (5.3). When I try to do an "Application - Applications Updates..." I receive an "Unable to connect to cisco.com." error message. I am behind a firewall but I can IE to the "Cisco.com" site with no problem. Is there some thing I need to do in the application???
