Any other license you either buy it separately or use it for the available evaluation period.
Don't mess it up between features and licenses. Each license can have one or more feature and of course you will have licenses that contain features existing in smaller licenses but that doesn't mean if you let's say buy the larger license containing all the features, it will also activate all your existing/possible licenses.
