Cisco router ground and neutral reading requirement

For Cisco Router and Switches what would be AC power requirement specifications in terms in Neutral to Each, Main to Neutral reading. We have switch backplane failuver frequently because of this issue. can we have some documents as well please.

It depends on routers and switch models about the power sepcification check out the below data sheet for 3560 switches about the power sepecs.
