3650 is L2 management IP is configured in vlan 16 allowed on trunk. Native vlan is 99 allowed on trunk both end But unable to ping from 3850 core, which have L3 vlan 16 configured.
I am able to ping and telnet other core 3850 switch.
I'm struggling to understand your initial post, please could you explain in better detail the issue and what you wish to achieve? Also, please post a sanitised configuration (show run) from both switches and note which port they are connected to eachother via. This will give me a better understanding of your environment and will help me in resolving this quicker for you.
