Cisco switch cable diagnostics is in " Not completed" state

Hi Friends,

We have been reported, in our network, our teleprescence device is rebooting  very often. After the intial  troubleshooting, it has been decided as Issue is occuring due to the lan Network

i am doing an Lan Audit to find Any   issue with Lan.

As of now, layer 2 is fine.

I am running an layer 1 test now.

When i did a cable diagnostics, i got the below ouptut, which is very different.

Could you  guys confirm whether cabling Is normal here.
