My experience has been not all IOS versions will show FQ flows. Some do, though. They will be listed under your summary stat, with information how many packets in that flow queue and some information about the 1st packet in the queue.
To see the flow queues, you need to have packets queued at the time you issue the show command. In your example, your total output queue shows zero, so you wouldn't see any flow queue.
