Cisco WS-C3750X-48PF-S switch hardware failure

Hi Friends,

In my site having more than 35 3750X stacking switches. From the installation itself we found more no of hardware failures.

The symptoms are both power supplies are working i.e PS ok LED-green and AC ok LED-Green.

But no other LED is glowing and FAN modules are not running.

In front panel no LED indication.

In the last two weeks more that 4 failures happened, We checked power side but it looks good.

Please let me know anyone facing the same issue or any solution ASAP.

hi,

   i had bought a 3750x and after one week, it failed. it was totally dead. nothing happened until i called cisco and they replaced it immediately.

I also replaced the switch..Did u find any reason behind the incident. I'm still searching.
