Cisco WS-C4506 (MPC8245) Version 12.2(25)EWA8

I have been having very hi spike in the CPU for the subject switch.Also have been going through the DOC http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps663/products_tech_note09186a00804cef15.shtml#tools.

But I ran across the follwoing after running the OUTPUT INTERPERETER for sh proc cpu. REFERENCE: The Catalyst 4500 considers the CPU underutilized unless the CPU is used at 100 percent for a single time slot.

Is it normal/ok for this to be this high with out degragation if it is not just one process goign at 100%
