Cisco2960S upgrade failed

Hi,

we are upgrade Cisco2960S 3xStack from 12.2.58-SE2  to 15.2(1)E. Two switches upgraded successfully, but we have a problem with third switch. Here is output:

Seems this switch lose license then boots 15.2(1)E. We try boot this switch 15.2(1)E2, but have no changes, same diagnostics, same behaviour.

Please, tell us what we did incorrect? Any recommendations?

Be very careful if you want to upgrade to 15.2(1)E2.  I attempted to tested version on a 3560CG and had to initiate a roll-back immediately after the bootup because you will NOT be able to remotely access the switch and console into the switch.  

The switch will happily pass traffic and you can ping to it.  But as soon as you try to console into it, you'll be greeted with a bone-chilling "%%Low memory".

If you want a stable IOS, try either 12.2(55)SE8 or the newer 12.2(55)SE9.  Alternatively, you can try 15.0(2)SE4.

Did you happen to find the cause? We have similar issues. Some 2960s switches upgrade to 15.0(2) just fine while others don't. The ones that fail can however be upgraded to 15.0(1) without problems.
