Clearing VTY Sessions on Cisco Routers

At our company, we only allow five vty session at a time into a router. On several different occassions, our vty sessions are locked out bc they forget to logout. I have the command "exec-timeout 15 0", but the engineers would usually remove it so that it doesn't kill their vty session.

If I have the snmp rw community string, does someone have a simple batch script using the "clear line # " that I can run? I'm currently using SolarWinds to push all my batch files (please see attachment). Thanks in advance.

This doc covers how to use SNMP to clear TCP connections to the router -
