Compatibility between ASR9K and SFP-H10GB-ACU10M

Hi Everyone,
I have in my environment two ASR9K with module A9K-16T/8-B and I am trying to connect using the Active Twinax cable 10M (SFP-H10GB-ACU10M), however when I connected the cable, shows the following error:

State:
    Administrative state: enabled
Operational state: Down (Reason: Security failure (not a valid part))
    LED state: Red On

Phy:
    Media type: Not known
    Optics:
        Vendor: CISCO-TYCO
        Part number: 2163675-2
        Serial number: TED1618U0H0

I checked the compatibility list and apparently okay, as shown in the link below:

Please, the community can help me?

Best Regards,
Vitor Nakano

You have probably solved but maybe it will help others.

Have you tried enabling service unsupported-tranceiver under global config? It a hidden command

You can also use transceiver permit pid all under the interface.
