concerning configuration when upgrading modules

When you upgrade to new switch modules does the configuration stay or do you need to reconfigure the new module?

Re: concerning configuration when upgrading modules

Hi

Then i suspect not as the interfaces on the module you currently have will be fa0/1, fa0/2 etc. whereas the new interfaces in the config will be gi0/1, gi0/2 etc.
