I have a stack of 3750s that are connected to a new office via routed (EIGRP) fiber links. One 3750 is connected by fiber to the first floor 3560X via fiber route A. The other 3750 in the stack is connected to a 3560X on the second floor via fiber route B. The two 3560s are connected via fiber over L2 trunk. VLAN64 devices are available on the first floor but not the second floor. From both 3560 switches I can ping other branch offices and locally connected vlan64 devices, but I cannot ping devices on the second floor from outside the switch. First floor works fine. What am I missing?

Are you using a routing protocol between these devices?
If yes, can you post configs

It is routed via EIGRP between the 3750 and each 3560, and doing a show ip eigrp neighbor and show cdp neighbor show a good route between each 3560 and the 3750. We are using a L2 trunk vlan over fiber between the two 3560s on different floors. I will attach configs asap
