Good Day,
Could you please guide me how to configure HSRP between two CISCO 2800 series routers? How many switches are required for the effective implementaion of HSRP? Is there any neccesity to do HSRP configurations on the ISP side router? Please do guide me with your professional advice.

Sam,
You need only a single switch to connect to routers with the LAN ports on this switch. HSRP is used for Gateway redundancy for your LAN hosts. It is not implemented on the WAN/ISP side.
