We have two offices connected via a Service Provider network using 802.1q tunnelling. Our subscription is for a 100Mbps service however our switches at each office are connected via gigabit fibre interfaces to the provider network. How do I shape the the outgoing traffic which includes voice traffic so that it does not exceed 100Mbps and potentially get dropped by the provider.

What are the switches used at both the ends. Please let us know the IOS version running on these switches.

The switches are a 6500 running an 'ipservices' image 12.2(18)SXF8 and sup720s and the other switch is a 3560E running a 'universal' image version 12.2(35)SE2.

Does anyone know the qos configuration required to rate-limit traffic to 100Mbps for this implementation?
