Configuring "system mtu jumbo" during production?

Will changing 

system mtu jumbo 

from 9000 to 1500 disrupt the network if done during production?

Hi Martin,

You already have answer but just FYI on 3750 jumbo frame is only supported on Gigabit Ethernet ports.

Martin-Reset the switch afterwards for the MTU change to take effect.
