Connecting 2 routers together on different subnets to the WAN

hi all

i've been asked by a client to connect two of there routers with the following ip addressing together so the 2nd router / subnet can connect to the WAN through the first router

Router #1

Cisco 1841 with 3G HWic

WAN - Telstra 3G

F/E0/1 192.168.153.254 /24

Router #2

Cisco 881G

F/E4 - 192.168.153.253 /24

F/E0 - 192.168.152.0 /24

VLAN40 - 192.168.152.254 255.255.255.224

i can ping from Router #1 to Router #2 (192.168.153.254 to 192.168.153.253)

From router #1 i can ping 8.8.8.8 through the 3G WAN

i can't seem to ping from Router #2 to 8.8.8.8

any ideas how i can over come this ? or a different approach ?

thanks in advanced

cheers

Justin
