connecting 2 x 3550's on a VOIP telephony system

I'm about to embark on adding an additional 3550 Catalyst switch to an existing CCM4 voip system.

I intend to connect it via the GBIC interface, and need some advice on what Fibre cable to buy.

I'm guessing from my shopping about, that these GBIC's use an SC type fibre connector. ?

However, I've seen a number of cables available with different descriptions.

Duplex, 50/125, 62.5/125..  could someone elaborate and explain which one I'd need

SC connector are used for GBIC's

The type of multimode fiber of 50/125 or 62.5/125 depends on the infrastructure fiber you have. If it's only needed for a patch cable either is ok. 50/125 can go longer distances.

GBIC module SX suports both
