Connecting branch ofices with the HO

I want to connect all my 5 branch offices with the headoffice with GBIC ports. Have about 35 systems in my HO. I don't want to use more that 1 switch. Is there any switch available having 48 fast ethernet port and 5-6 Fiber BBIC port.

You can use the following link, the closest option is:

Cisco Catalyst 3750 - 48TS

48 Ethernet 10/100 ports and 4 SFP ports

Other wise you shall cascade two of the above switch or you can go for the modular 4500 series.
