Hi all, when looking at a campus switching design, when we route to the core, if I wanted to use 2 links to aggregate bandwith, what would I do , would I etherchannel 2 ports, and then on the group apply an ip address? what is the other option ?

Yes, you would create a layer 3 etherchannel. Depending on your routing protocol you could just use multiple single links too.

If your routing between the distribution and core, you also have the possible option of using multiple routed links. Many routing protocols will support multiple equal cost paths. Cisco defaults can usually be increased to support even more multiple routed paths.
L2 aggregates, can also often be used as routed links, so you can increase bandwidth even futher by combining the two techniques.
