Console into 3845Rt instead of Switch module??

I did a service-module reset and password-reset because enable password would not work (still would not work, had to get TACACs up to login) and now when I console directly into the console port, I am in the switch module (NME-X-23ES-1G-P) and not the actual 3845 router. No service-module commands work on the switch module, only on the router. I am not sure what commands I enter to fix this. Does anyone know? My options on the router are:

service-module g1/1 ?

heartbeat-reset

password-reset

reload

session

shutdown

statistics

status

Hi,

Will you please try the command "service-module g 1/1 session clear" from the router.

Best regards,

Antonin

Press Ctrl-Shift-6, then release all keys, and press x.

HTH

So I console into it (switch module since it does not console into router) and do those commands? I do that but it does not do anything. I SSH to the router which works, and tried it but nothing.

When you are in the switch module, what is the output of "sh session"?
