Given what you have explained I am trying to understand this part of the output:
P address or name of remote host [18.104.22.168]?
where did 22.214.171.124 come from? If you try it again and at that point specify 192.168.100.1 what happens?
I am also trying to understand your connectivity. You have told us that there are no active line cards so there is no connectivity there. You mention console to the PC. Am I correct in assuming that this is a connection from the console port of the switch to the serial connector on the PC? Is there any kind of Ethernet connection between the switch and the PC?
