Core to access switch 40g uplink

Is it possible to have an uplink of 40g between core switch n7718 to a stack of 4 3850 access switches ?

Yes, as long as the 3850s support breakout cables.

You have 2 option:

1) You can connect with C3850-NM-2-40G network module.

2) As Raza mentioned via using 40G Cisco breakout cable
