corrupted image 2960 (copy new image;boot loader)

Hi all,

I got a Switch 2960TC-L with a corrupted image. My question is, how can I manage to load a new image file from the boot loader. On the flash there is only the corruppted one.

Found some info's under this link but nothing about copy a new image from external.
