could not redirect traffic to 3750X using WCCP

dear all,

i have C3750X with IOS 15.0(2)SE2 license ipservices, and cisco WSA (Ironport S170).

i tried to configure transparent proxy using WCCP on the 3750 but eventually the traffic couldnt redirect to the 3750.

my configuration is just like this :

a. 3750

notes : 172.20.165.37 is my client who want connect to the internet through WSA

when i execute the command "show ip wccp", it shows just like this

the packet seems not redirect to the 3750

could anyone help me to solve this issue? really appreciate your help guys

What router ID did you set on the S170?

Also, did you play with Load-balancing method (MASK/HASHING) settings and the Forwarding / Return method (GRE/L2) in the advanced tab?

Also provide the output of "sh ip wccp xx detail"  command

I have the samme problem, but at least I have 1 Service group

sh ip wccp 100
