Not easily, if not listed in any Cisco show command. But, I'm curious why you want to know. On L3 switches, performance/capacity is determined by the rest of the "hardware", i.e. it's much, much more than CPU clock rate. Generally, on something like a 3750, CPU is just used for high level control plane functions.
I will note, years ago while testing RIP processing performance, a 2811 seemed much faster than an original 3750 although the latter had much, much, much more forwarding performance.
