cpu utilization.

Hi Experts,

Can any body clearly explain about cpu utilization that how we will caliculate and what are points we should look when calculating cpu utlization.

Below I am pasting one router cpu utilization.

Hi Naidu,

I'm explaining the first graph details..which is last 60 sec history...

Y-axis is for CPU utlization..

X-axis is the time in seconds...which is you can read the columns as 0sec,5 sec, 10sec,15 sec...pls note the values are in vertical for 10 sec its 1 and below is 0...for 35th sec..its 3 and below is 5..

Please check the values again the switch/router..as the alignment of values posted here is gone.

The top two columns denote the maximum cpu utlized...in seconds graph..its 31%...read vertically..

in 60 minutes its 30%, in 72 hrs..its 34%..
