crash info

Hi all,

I try to interpret the output of crash info, some error messages are found, but no information is provided by the output interpreter. Does anyone have experience with this error messages ?

No information on error code EOBC-2-EOBC_JAM

No information on error code C6KPWR-4-UNSUPPORTED

Re: crash info

Just copy and search the error messages in cisco.com. You get an explanation for all the message in cisco.com. For example C6KENV-4-FANHIOUTPUT is explained as The system has detected that the fan tray is a high-output (version 2) fan tray. The system has updated the cooling capacity for the fan tray.
