Hi Folks,
Can we create log which contains the information like which desktop user was communicating with which website? If yes then how can we do it? we need to monitor the activities of all users in our network. Need help urgently.....
Thanks in advance.

The 2500 router is a very old router with limited capabilities.
Even with newer routers, you don't get granularity in terms of "website". With newer routers, you can configure/enable NetFlow and inspect routed flows but those flows do not go into detail as to what website the users are visiting, you only get src/dst ip address information. Therefore, additional work must be done.
If you want that type of granularity, I recommend setting up a proxy server and configure the users' browser to point to the proxy server. The proxy server will maintain the log for you.
If you aren't familiar with what a proxy server is, I recommend reading this URL http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_server

Not so much a nice log, but it likely an old 2501 might support ip accounting on your interface(s). It will record IP addresses. Left up to you to extract data and resolve IP addresses to sites.
