CSM: Application to monitor real server status?

Hi all

I need some suggestions here. We use an application called Solarwinds Orion to monitor the physical and layer 2 status of our network. Orion works just fine but lacks support for more detailed monitoring. An example of this is the ability to monitor detailed SNMP values and present them as for example green or red.

My dream scenario would be to present the state of the CSM real servers in an application, Green for Operational, Red for Failed and so on. Has anyone worked with an application, free/shareware or otherwise that supports this?

HSE was doing something like this, but is EOL. I believe there is a replacement for this product now though.
