Debug impact on CPU

- Is there any document indicating how much % will the CPU utilization increase per dbug? I understand that several debugs are more intensive than others, then I wonder what are the "safe" CPU thresholds were Debugs can be used safely. Thanks in advance.

Re: Debug impact on CPU

Most debugs aren not too bad on cpu just never do a debug ip packet without using a ACL to filter out packets except the ones you want to look at , if you don't use a acl on debug ip packet you can potentially bury the switch and the only way out will be to reload the switch.
