DHCP for 3 different VLANs. Is this possible?

Hi,

I need to use a Catalyst 4507 for DHCP addressing, but I need to use this address assigment for 3 different VLANs.

How can I configure it for using one pool or another depending on what VLAN the DHCP requests are received?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Friend,

You have to create 3 different pool for 3 different subnets/vlan. Now depending what vlan your dhcp request comes in, ip address is alloted from that pool range which matches the subnet address of interface vlan on the switch on which your dhcp request is received.
