Hello Ayman,
In recent IOSes, you can use the command show ip dhcp pool to see the statistics about each pool, including the number of available and allocated addresses. I am not sure if that is supported on the 6500, though. In any case, the command is described here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/ipaddr/command/reference/iad_dhc3.html#wp1039563
Another way would be to check the show ip dhcp binding output to display all currently assigned IP addresses, and process it using some script to count the assigned IPs.
Best regards,
Peter

Hi Peter,
i have version Version 12.2(17r)S4 and it doesn't support the command " show ip dhcp pool"
and i've tried the command "show ip dhcp binding"
but it didn't get any output as i'm sure that their is at least 100 users and IP phones have dhcp from the core switch.
Thanks,
Ayman
