I dont think its possible to enable DHCP server feature in Cisco 2950 Switch.

i think you could not enable dhcp server on a switch unless it has layer 3 functionality or you could do this from global config mode do --> ip dhcp ? if you get a bunch of options then you could do dhcp server if you get an error tough luck

Hi Amine,
Yes 2950 can be configured as DHCP server however there are some limitations.

YES DHCP server is possible, juz find how on a 2950
ip dhcp excluded-address 10.1.1.1 10.1.1.10
!
ip dhcp pool TEST
network 10.1.1.0 255.255.255.0
domain-name test.org
default-router 10.1.1.254
dns-server 10.1.1.2
!
ip dhcp-server 10.1.1.254
interface vlan 2
ip address 10.1.1.254 255.255.255.0
