Hi,
Your best bet is to check the data sheet.
Cisco Catalyst 2960-X

Cisco Catalyst 2960-S

Hi,
The only difference i found is:
2960x supports:
Application visibility and capacity planning with integrated NetFlow-Lite
Lite Cisco IOS software features
Power resiliency with optional dual field-replaceable power supplies
Everything else is the same on two switches

One significant difference would be FlexStack vs. FlexStack Plus

Hi Wajid,
The difference between the models you stated is so significant in terms of hardware and software, the catalyst 2960X is and enhanced version of the previous one, cat2060S. You can find all the difference in this 2960X Q&A link (go to table 2). Which also compare the 2960-XR, 2960-X, 2960-S and 2960.
