I have two sites linked via leased line with Cisco router at both ends. Both sites have a Cisco 3560 for VLAN routing. Is it possible to use the same VLAN ID but with different IP address at both sides? For example:
Site A: VLAN ID: 110, IP: 192.168.10.0/24
Site B: VLAN ID: 110, IP: 192.168.11.0/24
Can traffic be routed between these VLANs?

yes u can do that.Just make sure u have proper routing enabled on u r routers.

As Mahmood says yes you can do this.
A vlan ID is only significant within the same Layer 2 network. Because you have a routed link between your 2 sites then the two vlans are completely unaware of each other.
It would only be a problem if you connected your sites at Layer 2.
