disable spaning tree

How can I disable spanning tree on switch port? Just on one port, I do no want STP to send anything.

Hi Friend,

Issue a command "spanning-tree bpdufilter". This command will not let interface send or receive any BPDUs.

access-ports are normally configured with

portfast which will by-pass the listening and learing stage of STP and will go straing to forwarding.

That is true about portfast but spanning tree is still running on the port , think he just wants to turn it off completely .
