Distributed vPC between N2K and N5K

Hello,

Please I need a confirmation for a possibility to implement a vPC link as distributed uplink from one N2K to N5K in objectif t have full duplex non blocking vpc 2x10Gigabit link?

In this design we will implement L3 routing service on the both N5K vDC.

The used modeles are : 2x N5K 5596UP and 10x N2K 2224TP.
