Do routes needed to be added on both routers for reachability?

If I have Router A and Router C. Router

B has a route to router A and another route to router C

Do I need to add static routers on Both Router A and Router C to each other so I can ping Router C from router A-or will

router B advertise these for me?

Or if I was using OSPF, would I need

to enter the network xxxx.xxx.xx.xx comand for the networks in router A and

router C in router B for full connectivity?

Yes you would need routes in Router A to reach Router C and vise-versa and you wold need to advertise the networks in OSPF.
