dot1x and printer problem.

Hi,

We are using dot1x auth in local area network. We have Hp some Hp color laser printers. We have to do Mac auth for these because they do not support dot1x etc. Printer's Mac address authendicates and gets the IP address and we can ping the printer also we can reach the printer via web interface. Everything seems OK. But printer does not print. BUT if we remove auth. And gets same IP address. it prints. I do not understand why. I have reachability Layer 1 to Layer 7 with Mac auth but iı does not print. Has someone experienced this kind of problem before?

I dont know exactly what is the problem.You Just take the properties of that printer and there is an option for "port" there you specify the ip address of the printer then it may be work.
