dot1x critical vlan fails on 3560 running 12.2(46)SE

Have a dot1x issue where critical VLAN configuration does not work when a user/supplicant connects to a 3560 dot1x port when radius server is down/disconnected. This lab example is on interface f0/11. The switch debugs scroll repeats of following message ( which may be defeating critical vlan functionality) due to RADIUS server being consecutively reported as 'ALIVE','DEAD' and 'NOT CONFIGURED'.

I have reviewed your attachment. In that attachment there is error message that states

%RADIUS-4-RADIUS_ALIVE: RADIUS server [IP_address]:[int],[int] has returned.

A RADIUS server that previously was not responding has responded to a new request

%RADIUS-4-RADIUS_DEAD: RADIUS server [IP_address]:[int],[int] is not responding.

The server might not be available to serve request. Server has not responded to repeated requests.

Recommended Action: Check for the connectivity to server. Check if the RADIUS server is still active. If not able to debug the issue, copy the message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log. Enter the show running-config command to gather data that might help identify the nature of the message.
