Dual Home- Internet Circuit for E-comme...

Hi,

I am designing for e-commerce site and It is small compnay. we are using Private AS number example 65100 and If I connect to Service Provider AT&T and Verizon both has Public AS.

Plan to use private as number let ISP side remove that private AS and advertise the network. Is it possible ? Please let me know best practice for Active and standby topology.
