duplicate mac vlan?

we have 2 aggregation ports.

the first one has 10 client lines with vlan, the other one is empty.

however from the telco SW, they can see that the mac adds they are receiving from our side are the mac addresses of the of both ports that we have the 2 aggregation ports connected.

From my understanding, the telco SW should only learn the MAC address of the port where the client lines are connected.

From their SW, they have 2 mac addresses for a certain vlan(e.g. vlan 21). Is this normal or not? We're using the same SW for both aggregation ports.

I am assuming this has something to do with our configurations.

Thanks
